Surveys are out! Yaaay!

Puzzles are still a month or so away, so you have some time in case you need to edit your survey answers (or shipping address). But please fill these out soon, so I don't have to start bugging you with lots of emails.

I will be rolling out the preorder store on Friday.

A note for those doing Local Pickup (Vancouver BC):

When you first open your survey it will ask you to confirm your country... you actually need to go into the drop-down and select "Local Pickup"

If you didn't do this step, never fear. 

You just need to update the country on the address page to be "Local Pickup."

A lot of info for you... how shipping/ add-ons will work.

Good news! I am done with my shipping maths and I am planning on rolling out the surveys real soon. I just wanted to preemptively answer some questions:

Shipping:

I don't want to charge a million billion dollars, so I am sending shipping the cheapest way I can. Here is a bit more info:

Canada:

4-12 business days,  tracked - via Canada Post

• Local pickup option for those in Vancouver BC.

*note* your shipping will most likely come up as international prices ($$) until you enter your province/ territory on the address page.

USA:

4-9 business days,  tracked - via UPS (or USPS for lighter packages)

International:

4-6+ weeks,  UNTRACKED - via Canada Post international surface

• You are responsible for paying customs/ VAT.
• If you are concerned about the long time/ lack of tracking, feel free to send me a message for a quote on upgraded shipping, but note that the prices seem to be around: x1.5 for shipping surface tracked, x2 for shipping air untracked, and x3 for shipping air tracked.

*note*  orders of 3+ puzzles will be shipped in multiple boxes to keep shipping costs lower

Add-ons:

Small items from my shop will be available as add-ons to your order. (And at a special backer price too!) You can also add extra puzzles to your order this way! 

Shipping is weight-based. Right now the only items heavy enough to bump the price up to the next shipping level are the puzzles. So unless you are adding in like 10 mousepads, you probably won't have a price increase.

Sorry no art prints TwT. My prints are too large to fit into the boxes.

Limited items:

Most of the items in the shop I can/ will reprint if I run out. There are 2 item types marked limited and here is why:

Notepads: These are being discontinued and are marked down to sell out. I still have a fair number, but I won't be reprinting them when they are gone.

Zippered bags: I get these from an online POD store whenever they have a big sale on zippered bags, which only happens maybe twice a year, so unless the coupon comes up while my preorder store is open...   I can only sell what I got. For most designs, I only have around 5 bags in stock, so if you really want a specific bag maybe don't wait long to put your order in.

Tip Jar:

No requirement to do this. It's just here if you want to give me more money and you hate mousepads.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A couple of you lovely backers paid a bit extra on their pledges as a bonus to the creator (and once again thank you for the love and support!)

However, Backerkit is unaware that this was intended as a gift  - any overpayment on your pledge will go towards your shipping by default.

You are welcome to use this overpayment on your shipping costs :), but if you insist on sending a little extra my way you can use the item marked tip jar at the bottom of the add-on section.

Thanks again for backing the project and helping make my puzzles a reality!! 

(Puzzles are already in the process of being printed! I've seen a couple of pictures from the manufacturer and I am so very excited!)

So what's next?

I am currently working on setting up the Backerkit survey and pre-order store. So no surveys just yet, they will be sent out sometime next week.

Kickstarter backers: Kickstarter should be charging your card now that the campaign is over - if there is an issue with your credit card you will have 2 weeks to fix the issue.  (If you do not fix it, your pledge will be canceled - but do not stress, you will still be able to order via the Backerkit preorder store)

Those who missed the Kickstarter: Keep an eye on this page or follow me on socials, I will soon have a preorder button that will send you to the Backerkit store. There are plenty of extra puzzles being printed!
